While in Sweden for Christmas, my sister and I actually got a wee bit
of stamping done. =)We never really get any chance to sit down and do
crafts together but this time we needed a card to give to our aunt so
we made time. It was really fun. Hearts are more commonly associated
with Christmas than Valentines Day over there. Heart shaped
gingersnaps, Heart patterns in Christmas decor etc, so to me, this card
is actually really Christmasy. =) However, it can obviously pass for a
Valentine's card too. I like!
shop. The DP is from SU! and so is the Old Olive Cardstock. My sister showed me how to cut open the DP into a opening like that. I have never
seen or tried this before but I really like it as it shows off both
sides of the patterend paper. We colored the hearts with pro markers
and then added ranger glossy to the largest one for some extra pizzazz.
=) Yay for pizzazz.
I like how it turned out, but most of all I enjoyed stamping with my big sis. Much fun was had.
If you haven't taken the little survey I posted in one of my previous posts I would still love for you to do so. Please, please click here to get to the right place. =) Your help is appreciated.
