I wanted to tell you about how I improved on my photos. Because in my humble opinion, they are much better. Seriously.
Since I started
blogging I realized that I must do something about how my pictures appear in my
posts pronto! Yay, for husband to the rescue. He helped me become
familiar with the photo editing software fireworks. I can’t say I know how to use it all that well yet, but this way I have
been able to save my photos in a better size as well as add that
oh-so-cool little watermark to each of my them. Pretty nice huh! =)
But that was not enough, I googled a bit to find out if there was
any way to make my own light box. Better light = better pictures. I
found instructions here
and did my best to follow them. Here’s how my photo "studio" turned
out. Not much to look at, but as my photos shows, it actually works!
The only problem now is that I made the box too small!! (lol) It
comfortably holds one standard sized card, but I find I have to crop my pictures a bit or the corners of the box shows. Oh, well. I only spent $3.50
on this so far so I think I can afford to buy another box!! Either way,
it is making my photos much better. Plus I am having a gret time learning how to be a better photographer. I find I am highly motivated as I also want to take some great pictures of my adorable little son. =) Practice certainly makes better and perhaps evetually…perfect.

I wonder how your son will fit in the box!=)
No, really its a great thing to do, I will try it out for my scrapbooking pictures!
